1. Information We Collect

A. Permissions You Choose to Grant

Happy Capy may request iOS permissions to function properly, including:

Screen Time and Family Controls

Used to:

• Let you choose which apps and categories to block.
• Apply “shield” screens to blocked apps.
• Display device activity insights inside the app experience.

Notifications

Used to:

• Send reminders, prompts, and alerts, for example when you attempt to open a blocked app.

You can enable or disable permissions at any time in iOS Settings.

B. Screen Time and Device Activity Data

When you grant Screen Time access, iOS provides device activity information through Apple’s Screen Time frameworks, such as FamilyControls, DeviceActivity, and ManagedSettings.

This may include:

• App usage duration.
• Pickups, such as device unlocks and opens.
• Top used apps by time.
